Monzo offers personal and business bank accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16–17-year-olds, a kids account, credit cards, savings, investments, and pension services to customers in the UK. It aims to make banking fair, transparent, and easy to use.
Responsibilities
•Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with products and inform product strategy
•Guide product teams in measuring meaningful outcomes
•Initiate or help run A/B experiments to continuously improve products
•Work with the finance team to establish a unified company-wide understanding of user lifetime value and how product features affect profitability
•Liaise with engineers to ensure the right data is collected for relevant business insights
Requirements

•Be comfortable with both hands-on work and strategic thinking
