Responsibilities
•Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support experimentation and model feature engineering across large-scale player datasets
•Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts with clean, transformed data for Analysts
•Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code, tools, and frameworks for use across game teams
•Partner with game analytics teams to co-design, build, and maintain data tools and products used across multiple applications
•Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines for Analysts' day-to-day tasks
•Educate game analysts on coding and software engineering best practices and share knowledge across the team
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics
•Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, query optimization, and large-scale data warehouses
•Advanced experience building and maintaining production data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD workflows
•Advanced Python experience developing production-level data analytics solutions
•Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or working with generative AI tools and workflows
•Collaborative team player who builds trust, communicates openly, and contributes to shared success
•Fast learner who is proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
•Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality outcomes
•Pragmatic, able to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical quality

•Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools
