Requirements
•Commercial experience at a Middle+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
•Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level
•Experience with AdTech / RTB / DSP
•Experience with CTR/performance optimization using data-driven methods
•Strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis
•Strong Python / ML stack background
•Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
•Product-oriented mindset focused on measurable impact
•Data-driven decision making
•Ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives
•Accountability for performance outcomes
