Responsibilities
•Build and refine predictive models to forecast users' payment likelihood
•Explore and process large volumes of in-game event data to identify patterns relevant to forecasting
•Collaborate with the marketing team to improve user acquisition decisions through model insights
•Manage large datasets to provide timely and accurate insights
Requirements
•At least 4 years of experience in data science
•Proven experience creating and implementing predictive models related to customer behavior
•Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries, including scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
•Experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed analyses
•Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
•English proficiency at B1 or higher
•Russian proficiency at B2 or higher
•Passion for game development
