Задачи:
•Develop and implement strategic digitalisation projects using AI across the insurance value chain
•Prepare and integrate large volumes of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from diverse sources for (Gen)AI solutions
•Contribute to the productive deployment and operation of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions through MLOps
•Design, implement, and operate scalable data-management and (Gen)AI solutions in cloud environments
•Support and advise operational units on using project results for the development and enhancement of machine learning and (Gen)AI applications
Требования:
•Fluency in English and German
•University degree in natural sciences, applied mathematics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
•Sound knowledge and experience in data modelling and data visualization
•Experience with scalable data management concepts, standardized ETL processes, and data pipelines
•Practical experience putting data management and MLOps into production
•Knowledge of one or more programming, scripting, and database languages, such as Python, Spark, or SQL
•Experience with version control systems and cloud technologies, such as GitHub, Azure, or AWS
•Willingness to innovate and work proactively in a networked manner
•Experience designing and implementing data- and AI-driven solutions based on classical ML models, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems
•Willingness to travel
•Nice to have: industry experience in insurance
