We are looking for a Data Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience, having worked across all stages of the lifecycle of Data projects.
Responsibilities
You will be the technical link between data and the business, taking responsibility for the complete data lifecycle: from ingestion and building pipelines in Databricks to creating dashboards and analyses in Power BI. You will work using an agile methodology (Scrum) in an Azure environment, handling both enhancements and the ongoing optimization of the platform. You will be involved in the real production deployment of Data processes.
Requirements
•1 to 2 years of experience, having worked across all stages of the lifecycle of Data projects
•Very good knowledge of PySpark and Spark
•Experience carrying out ETL with Spark
•Experience working with clients and gathering business requirements, with good communication skills
•Knowledge of using Azure environments (Databricks and Data Factory)
•Familiarity with development components: software lifecycle, testing, code quality, code repositories/version control (preferably Git)
•A good level of English is important; our projects will be for international clients
Nice to have
•Experience in DevOps and experience with Agile methodologies
•Knowledge of Power BI
