Responsibilities
•Support the Data Analytics team in delivering analytics, structured reporting, and AI and automation solutions for global business stakeholders
•Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot anomalies across ERP and reporting systems, and coordinate escalations with senior team members
•Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
•Support end-to-end dashboard development, data modeling, and performance tuning
•Execute data validation, system testing, and basic coding tasks to ensure pipeline reliability
•Assist in developing and deploying AI use cases, including AI agents and process automation tools
•Create technical documentation and user enablement materials for new AI features
•Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and business units on continuous process improvements
Requirements
•Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
•Foundational knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
•Basic understanding of data modeling and dashboard development
•Familiarity with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and automation workflows
•Strong analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
•Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams
•Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
•Business-fluent written and spoken English
