We are now looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who wants to help build smart, data-driven solutions for business support.

Your role
This is a role for someone who likes taking an idea all the way to a working solution.
With us, you will not only develop technology, but also help the business understand which problems are worth solving and how AI can contribute. You work closely with clients, users and colleagues across different areas of expertise, and get to be involved from the first idea to the finished delivery.
In the role you will, among other things:
•Design, build and implement AI-based solutions
•Explore how generative AI and modern tools can be used to create business value
•Participate in workshops and dialogues with the business to understand needs and challenges
•Develop robust and quality-assured solutions where AI is used responsibly
•Work in both smaller experimental initiatives and larger project deliveries
•Collaborate with developers, architects, data engineers and business experts
•Contribute new ideas and help the team develop together
We work hybrid and in cross-functional teams with colleagues in several locations in Sweden. Since we are growing, there are also great opportunities to influence both your own development and how we work going forward.
Your profile
We believe you are a person who likes building things, solving problems and learning new things. You think long-term and scalable.
The most important thing for us is that you have experience of professional software development and a genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to have worked with AI full-time for several years to be interesting for the role. If you have explored the field through projects, courses, hobby projects or smaller initiatives, we see that as very positive.
We believe you have:
•Work experience in software development
•Good knowledge of Python
•Experience developing, testing and delivering software in professional environments
•A strong interest in AI, machine learning or generative AI
•The ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
•Good knowledge of Swedish and English
It is especially exciting if you have experience with any of the following:
•LLM applications or RAG solutions
•Azure or other cloud infrastructure
•SQL, PySpark or data platforms
•Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
•Data architecture, ETL flows or data modeling
•Public sector or other regulated industries
