Requirements
•Proven experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
•Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
•Hands-on experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
•Knowledge of Oracle databases and Data Lake environments
•Experience in customer segmentation and campaign analysis
•Solid understanding of key business and marketing metrics, including conversion, retention, churn, lift, and ROI
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach
