Responsibilities
•Preparing reports for traders and other stakeholders based on business requests and reporting requirements.
•Reconciling successful and unsuccessful transactions, monitoring PSP balances, and comparing internal records with PSP reports.
•Identifying and investigating discrepancies in transaction statuses, amounts, balances, and commissions.
•Preparing reconciliation documents and supporting the resolution of identified issues.
•Reviewing reporting formats and suggesting improvements to reporting processes and financial system functionality.
•Working with the team to ensure accurate reporting and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
•Experience in data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, or a related field.
•Confident use of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
•Experience working with structured data and identifying discrepancies.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
•English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or above.
Nice to have
•Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
•Experience with PSPs, payment systems, transaction processing, or financial reconciliation.
•Familiarity with financial databases and reporting systems.
•Understanding of system architecture and technical processes.
