We aim to become the most beloved financial Operating System of French SMEs and Accounting Firms (and soon, European ones). We help entrepreneurs rid themselves of time-consuming tasks related to accounting and finance while providing them with access to key financial information to assist in making the best decisions for their business. By joining us as a Senior Data Analyst, you will have a pivotal role in large projects, bringing your business sense and analytical thinking to help us meet our high delivery standards.
Responsibilities
•You will proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our business or improve our processes.
•You will be a real sparring partner for Sales & Operation leaders, feed their strategy by anticipating the most important business questions, and leverage your data & statistical skills to answer them.
•You will steer decision-making in your business area through rigorous analyses, navigating ambiguity and collaborating across domains when needed.
•You will drive our self-service approach to analytics, by understanding our colleague's needs in their use of data, and promoting a data driven culture.
•The Science & Analytics team is also fully in charge of creating data models in the Data Warehouse (using dbt).
•You will contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap to deliver the best experience for your colleagues on the data platform.
Requirements
•Have had previous experiences as Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments (5-6 years)
•Are seasoned working with SQL, DBT and data visualization tools
•Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team
•You have a strong business acumen and are seen as a trusted partner by your business stakeholders
•Have strong communication skills and are capable of articulating your ideas clearly
•You're fluent in English
