Задачи
•Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making
•Collect and integrate data from ATS, internal systems, spreadsheets, and third-party sources
•Clean and structure data, define quality standards, and implement automated validation checks
•Conduct surveys and ad-hoc analyses, identify trends, and propose data-driven improvements
•Administer the ATS and create clear visualizations and presentations for HR and business stakeholders
•Promote data-driven HR practices, automate workflows, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency
Требования
•At least 1 year of analytics experience and a relevant university degree
•Experience with Python, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Git, and Airflow or similar orchestration tools
•Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL, and knowledge of Star/Snowflake dimensional modeling
•Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools and ability to build clear dashboards and reports
•Basic knowledge of statistics and probability, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights
•Ability to independently gather and structure stakeholder requirements
•English at B2+ level
•Nice to have: HR data analytics experience, ML, dbt, Airbyte, Data Vault 2.0, SCD
