Задачи
•Consolidate data from company information systems and external data providers
•Ensure business data is consistent, accurate, and updated on time
•Oversee the operation and accessibility of the corporate data warehouse for users and information systems
•Collaborate with the IT department to build and maintain data infrastructure
•Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and business units
•Monitor the quality and consistency of data used in business analytics
•Advise internal stakeholders on data analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
•Support business units in interpreting analytical results and integrating insights into business processes
•Participate in cross-functional projects to improve business effectiveness
•Ensure data-related activities comply with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and applicable requirements
•Stay up to date with industry trends, company strategy, and internal regulations
Требования
•University degree in a technical, statistical, or economic field
•At least 3 years of experience in a similar data analytics or business intelligence role
•Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
•Proficiency in at least one programming language
•Understanding of business finance, including pricing, accounting elements, and logistics
•Familiarity with the legislative and regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan
•Knowledge of labor legislation and occupational safety standards
•Advanced PC skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Power BI, and SQL
•Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
•Analytical thinking, results orientation, persistence, dynamism, and willingness to learn and develop
