Customer Support Representative

Join a lean team of ~30 people worldwide dedicated to making buying, selling, and moving crypto easier. Swapped helps make being on-chain simpler and has onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries, integrating with partners like Polymarket, Trust Wallet and Brave Browser.
Open to candidates in Canada, Europe, North America, and the UK.
Responsibilities:
•Provide customer support to customers and merchants across Swapped's products
•Investigate and create bug reports for the technical team
•Review orders to detect and prevent payment fraud and suspicious activity
•Liaise regularly with the support team and other departments about updates, issues and suggestions
Requirements:
•2–3 years in customer support or customer success, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a payment service provider
•English fluency; excellent written and verbal communication
•Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
•Proactive and able to work independently and remotely
•Experience using cryptocurrency
Nice to have:
•Experience with non-custodial crypto models
•Experience within startups or fast-moving working environments
•Experience within iGaming
