Job Description & Responsibilities:
•Provide professional and efficient customer support via live chat and email.
•Assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical issues, payments, withdrawals, bonuses, and promotional offers.
•Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
•Maintain a strong understanding of iGaming products, platform features, terms and conditions, and promotional campaigns.
•Conduct initial investigations into customer inquiries and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
•Follow internal procedures, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming guidelines.
•Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and maintain high service quality standards.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Experience and qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer support.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
•Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
•Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
•Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and customer support tools is an advantage.
