•Electronic/Manual Trade Processing - Trade Instructions sent through SWIFT/FAX by IMs get stuck in GTM/IIP due to various reasons like missing SSIs, Reference data elements like Broker code, Fund set up. ETD/Manual team rectifies those errors and pushes into the Custody & Accounting platform- MCH.
•Client Service Team - The role of Client Service team is to work on time critical incoming inquiries across functional TS teams. Client Service team is a single point of contact for all functional TS incoming inquiries.
•Function as an extension of our client service model ensuring seamless service delivery across Business Operations for our clients.
•Engage with business leads and peers, interfaces with senior leaders across the organization. Build strong internal and external relationships and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
•Bachelor's degree in commerce, BBA, MBA Finance or MCom.
•1+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry.
•Experience in trade capture/ trade settlement, SWIFT messages, Cash/payment processing, telephonic interaction experience with brokers/custodians, etc. is helpful.
•Strong time management and organizational skills; Ability to multitask in a challenging environment.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
