About the Role
You will support the credit journey through loan-application processing, overdraft prevention, pre-collection tasks, and collection-partner handovers. You will monitor automated credit systems, identify anomalies, work with internal stakeholders, and improve and automate credit processes.
Requirements
•1-3 years of consumer credit case handling, back-office loan processing, or financial customer support experience in Denmark
•Credit risk evaluation
•Affordability assessment
•Debt-to-income calculation
•Left-to-Live calculation
•Credit bureau data interpretation
•Knowledge of Danish or Nordic consumer lending regulations
•Responsible lending guidelines
•AML
•KYC
•Danish fluency
•English fluency

•Process and assess loan applications
