About the Role
ArtWorkout is a mobile app that teaches users how to draw in a fun, gamified way. With over 1 million monthly active users, thousands of drawing lessons, and a global audience, we are continuing to scale our product and User Acquisition efforts. We are looking for a Creative Producer who will not only own the creative strategy for performance marketing, but also help build and structure our creative production function.
Responsibilities
•Own the performance marketing creative strategy and define key creative concepts, formats, and directions across static, video, playable, and AI-generated creatives.
•Build and develop the creative production function, including workflows, processes, responsibilities, and collaboration between creative, UA, analytics, and product teams.
•Manage and coordinate a team of video makers and other creative specialists, setting priorities, providing direction, reviewing output, and ensuring consistent quality and delivery speed.
•Stay hands-on with creative production and be able to independently create, prototype, edit, or improve creatives when needed.
•Build and maintain a roadmap and backlog of creative hypotheses, prioritizing ideas based on potential impact and UA goals.
•Define testing priorities, evaluate creative performance, and decide which concepts should be scaled, iterated, or discontinued.
•Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CPI, CTR, IPM, CTI, CPM, Retention, and other relevant UA indicators.
•Translate UA and analytics insights into new creative concepts, hypotheses, and clear production briefs.
•Take responsibility for creative performance and communicate results, learnings, and next steps directly to the CMO.
•Work closely with the PM, Lead Motion Designer, UA team, and analytics to ensure the creative strategy is effectively executed.
•Design and continuously improve creative production processes to increase quality, speed, scalability, and output.
•Identify opportunities to automate repetitive parts of the creative workflow using AI tools, no-code solutions, scripts, or other technologies.
•Define how AI can be integrated across ideation, production, localization, iteration, and creative analysis.
•Introduce new AI-driven workflows and tools and help the creative team adopt them effectively.
•Continuously explore new technologies and approaches that can make creative production faster, smarter, and more scalable.
•Stay on top of performance marketing trends, creative formats, competitors, and best practices in mobile apps and mobile gaming, adapting relevant ideas to our UA strategy.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Lead, Creative Strategist, or similar role in performance marketing.
•Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to a performance creative strategy.
•Experience building, improving, or scaling creative production processes and workflows.
•Experience managing video makers, motion designers, editors, or other creative specialists.
•A hands-on creative background: you understand how creatives are actually produced and can independently prototype, edit, or create content when necessary.
•Strong understanding of key creative and UA metrics, including CPI, CTR, IPM, CTI, CPM, Retention, and their relationship to creative performance.
•Experience generating, testing, analyzing, and scaling creative hypotheses.
•Ability to turn performance data and user insights into clear creative concepts and actionable briefs.
•Solid understanding of design, video editing, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and creative production principles.
•Experience collaborating closely with User Acquisition and analytics teams.
•Confident working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
•Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation and production.
•Ability to build processes, organize a creative team, and establish an effective production system rather than simply operate within an existing one.
•Strategic and creative thinking combined with a strong focus on measurable results.
•High level of ownership and the ability to independently make decisions and drive initiatives.
•English at B2 level or higher.
Will be a plus: Experience using AI, automation, or no-code tools to optimize creative workflows is a strong advantage.
Conditions
•Competitive salary aligned with the market and your experience.
•Remote work from anywhere in the world.
•Flexible working hours and a results-oriented management approach.
•Significant influence over creative strategy, team structure, and User Acquisition performance.
•The opportunity to build and shape the creative production function and establish processes that work best for the team.
•Freedom to introduce new AI tools, automation, production approaches, and creative formats.
•The opportunity to build a scalable creative system rather than simply maintain an existing process.
•Professional growth and the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and see their impact in real performance data.
•A strong team where initiative, ownership, creativity, and passion for great products are valued.
