Responsibilities
•Manage long-term relationships with the Bank's strategic corporate clients, identify their business needs and develop new business opportunities
•Structure, negotiate and execute complex financing solutions, including syndicated and tailored financing facilities
•Manage and develop a portfolio of large corporate clients while ensuring profitability, high service standards and strong credit portfolio quality
•Prepare credit proposals, present them to the relevant committees and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of transactions
•Analyze market trends, industry developments and client performance to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
•Represent the Bank in relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
•5+ years of experience in Corporate Banking or the financial sector
•Proven experience in managing relationships with large corporate clients and originating new business
•In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products, credit analysis and financial structuring
•Fluency in Georgian and English
•Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong communication, interpersonal and building working relations skills
•Strong presentation skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Experience in team leadership, employee development and mentoring
•Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and other departments
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Proactive and results-driven approach
Nice to have
•A Master's degree will be considered an advantage
•Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
