The Global Service Export team is looking for an International Underwriting Coordinator. The position will be based at our European headquarters (located in La Défense).
Role
International Underwriting Coordinator – Join Chubb and shape the future of international programs!
This key position will allow you to play a strategic role in managing international accounts (Master/Local) while collaborating with prestigious partners and clients.
Responsibilities
•International account management: Lead complex programs, ensuring their implementation, monitoring, and compliance with local regulations. Work closely with underwriting teams and local partners.
•Operational management: Handle tasks related to the Master of the international program, ensuring they are executed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
•Strategic monitoring: Maintain rigorous monitoring of strategic accounts (Key Accounts) and ensure accurate reporting.
•Administrative coordination: Work in synergy with our Shared Service Centre to ensure smooth management of administrative tasks related to international programs.
•Tailored solutions: Process and send quality instructions within set deadlines, while finding solutions adapted to clients' specific needs.
•Client and broker relations: Become the preferred point of contact for our clients and their brokers, building strong and lasting relationships.
•Commercial support: Participate in client/broker meetings and support business development activities by presenting Chubb's international capabilities.
•Internal collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to ensure an impeccable level of client service.
Profile
•Education: Insurance certification and a university degree or equivalent.
•Languages: Fluency in French and English (an additional language would be an asset).
•Experience: Expertise in managing international programs (Master/Local Policies) and knowledge of at least two underwriting lines.
•Relational skills: Excellent ability to build relationships with brokers and clients in the insurance sector.
•Technical knowledge: Good understanding/knowledge of underwriting and reinsurance processes.
