Your mission
Reporting to the Gamme Methods Manager, the Gamme Methods Coordinator is in charge of the budgetary activities and order management of the Gamme Methods division. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with the defined procedures concerning the physical and transactional flows of valuables.
How will you have an impact?
1. In charge of budget management for Gamme Methods activities
•Consolidate, with the Gamme Methods team, the entire budget relating to the department and update the tracking file.
•Guide Project Managers on budget landing.
•Produce a monthly report on the status of Gamme Methods budget consumption.
2. Order management
•Place orders, receive them and ensure follow-up.
•Ensure compliance with procedures in place.
•Prepare shipments and receive entrusted items.
•Participate in the smooth running of rolling and annual inventories.
3. SAP flow management
•Act as the liaison for Project Managers to ensure proper receipt and return of pieces in the SAP system.
•Participate in Workshops with the "Vault" (Coffre) representatives to define all flows necessary for the Gamme's needs.
