Main Responsibilities
Reporting and budget
•In charge of consolidating financial information for Havas Media Network France, reporting and budget.
•Setting the calendar of deliverables for all France teams (Management Control and Accounting) and ensuring it is respected.
•Controlling the quality of the information submitted.
•Controlling the consistency of approaches between scopes.
•Analyzing variances against forecasts (Margin, compensation and OPEX, EBIT).
•Controlling and analyzing OPEX items requiring centralized supervision: real estate, IT, studies, fees, communication & NB.
•In charge of importing payroll information into the cube for all companies.
Communication
•In charge of corresponding communication with the CFO of Havas Media Network France, HMN France teams, Havas Finance Services accounting, and the global team.
•As such, preparing supporting materials for this communication.
Cross-functional projects
•Analyzing HMN France's cash.
•Cross-functional analyses of certain overhead expense items.
•Active participation in the project to simplify the construction of reporting and budget forecasts.

•3 to 5 years of experience in audit and management control reporting.
