Responsibilities
•Edit and review text datasets
•Create new text datasets
•Test new versions of the bot
•Annotate and label data
•Create additional creative content
Requirements
•English proficiency at C1 level or higher
•Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher
•Experience editing data, particularly text-based datasets
•Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training
•Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines for style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to identify whether bot issues relate to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results and propose appropriate solutions
•Deep understanding of different audiences and conversation mechanics, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention

•The initial pay level or pay range will be shared during the recruitment process and before employment begins
