Essential Job Functions
•Work on the support, evolution and integration of Oracle solutions and fiscal platforms.
•Develop, implement and maintain integrations involving Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Fusion, Synchro4DFe, Synchro4me and Foundation.
•Perform technical analysis, queries, adjustments and development of solutions using Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL.
•Analyze incidents and problems, identify causes and implement necessary fixes in the systems and integrations under responsibility.
•Work in On-Premises, Cloud and hybrid architecture environments, considering technical requirements, dependencies and different integration scenarios.
•Support fiscal solutions and integrations related to NF-e and NFS-e, including the National NFS-e Portal and integrations with municipalities (Prefeituras).
•Analyze the impacts of the Tax Reform on fiscal solutions and support the definition and implementation of necessary technical adjustments.
•Participate in gathering and analyzing technical and functional requirements together with the areas involved.
•Prepare and maintain technical documentation of solutions, integrations, configurations and changes made.
•Support integrated testing, homologation, deployments and post-implementation follow-up.
•Collaborate with technical, functional and business teams on resolving demands and continuously evolving solutions.
Basic Qualifications
•Practical experience with Synchro4DFe, Synchro4me and Foundation.
•Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion, including their main integration scenarios.
•Experience with Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL.
•Knowledge of On-Premises, Cloud and hybrid architecture environments.
•Experience with fiscal processes and integrations involving NF-e and NFS-e.
•Experience or knowledge of integrations with the National NFS-e Portal and municipalities (Prefeituras).
•Knowledge of the impacts and adjustments related to the Tax Reform on fiscal solutions.
•Ability to analyze requirements, investigate problems and propose technical solutions suited to the environment.
•Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Desirable Qualifications
•Experience in integration projects between Oracle platforms and fiscal solutions.
•Experience in supporting and evolving highly complex corporate environments.
•Knowledge of good practices in development, versioning, testing, deployment and technical documentation.
•Ability to assess technical impacts arising from fiscal, regulatory and systemic changes.
•Experience investigating and resolving problems involving integrations between different systems and environments.
•Knowledge of integrations via APIs, web services, files and batch processing.
•Familiarity with homologation, deployment and production solution monitoring processes.
