Bitwave is an enterprise software and services company on a mission to bring digital assets to enterprises. Their platform functions as a subledger to process digital-asset transactions and produce accounting, tax, treasury and management reporting that integrates with client ERPs; they also provide consulting services for implementation, process design, training and program management to 60+ clients.
Responsibilities:
•Gather requirements, design finance processes and implement Bitwave's software for clients.
•Manage end-to-end implementations with finance and technology stakeholders (Controllers, CAOs, CFOs, analysts, developers).
•Onboard and support clients in a customer-success capacity: answer questions, identify and resolve issues.
•Develop points of view and client-specific recommendations on finance/tech topics.
•Test and validate product capabilities, identify and resolve bugs, and provide product feedback.
Requirements:
•Deep accounting subject-matter expertise.
•Significant professional services experience implementing finance systems and managing implementations.
•Experience collaborating with finance leadership and cross-functional tech teams.
•Customer success/onboarding experience supporting new system adoption.
•Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
•Interest in the cryptocurrency space and building software for enterprises.
Nice to have:
•Experience with data analysis/big-data tools (Tableau, Looker) or writing queries (SQL).
•Startup experience and experience building/sharing thought leadership in a new industry.
