Salary range: €50,000 - 65,000

The role of Investment Consultant within our Private Bank division, at the Lecco Branch, involves managing and developing a client portfolio, providing personalized advice on investments, protection and banking solutions in compliance with the profile and needs of clients.
Responsibilities
•Manage and develop the assigned portfolio, implementing defined commercial initiatives and ensuring continuity in the relationship with clients.
•Analyze client needs and provide personalized advice on the Bank's products and services.
•Expand the portfolio by acquiring new clients and identifying commercial opportunities in line with the potential of the reference market and territory.
•Contribute to achieving the income, economic and asset-related objectives assigned to the managed portfolio.
•Ensure a high level of service in compliance with current regulations and operational and administrative requirements.
Skills
•Experience in financial consulting and in managing and developing client portfolios.
•Knowledge of financial markets and investment, financing and protection products.
•In-depth knowledge of the reference territory, its economic fabric and local dynamics, useful for identifying commercial opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients.
•Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized advice on relevant products.
•Orientation towards commercial development, results and client loyalty.
•Established experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows and support solving business challenges, ensuring a responsible and ethical use of data and generated outputs.
