The Compliance Engineer is responsible for ensuring products, processes, and facilities meet applicable regulatory, safety, environmental, and industry compliance requirements. This role includes audit support and continuous improvement for Thermal Labs certification from a 3rd party, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Labs teams across multiple sites.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience
•Minimum of 2-3 years' in similar role
•Analytical in order to review product information
•Experience working with certification and test agencies such as UL, Intertek, CSA, ANCE, NYCE, or similar
•Experience in R&D testing
•Leadership from any seat; demonstrated ability to give direction to Technician team(s) & communicate test issues to all levels of management
•Excellent communication skills with broad stakeholders and in various styles, with a professional attitude towards customer relations
•Self-directed, good problem-solving skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills

Time Travel Needed
