At Warner Music Group, our Commercial team works at the dynamic intersection of music, data, and fan culture to maximise the reach and impact of our world class catalogue. As part of the Streaming and Strategic Repertoire team focusing on South East Asia, we bring timeless tracks to new generations of listeners while unlocking commercial opportunities for legendary music. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Regional Senior Manager, Streaming and Strategic Repertoire (SEA), collaborating with internal marketing, creative, ecommerce, and playlist teams to drive real audience growth across the region.
Your role:
As the Commercial Executive - Strategic Repertoire, you will play a key role in executing catalogue campaigns and audience engagement strategies across South East Asia. This role balances hands on creative execution, from digital campaign management to creative asset coordination, with essential daily project workflows and administration. One hour you will be analysing campaign metrics and tracking budgets, and the next you will be collaborating on DSP playlist initiatives with our Topsify team or supporting creator marketing initiatives. It is an energetic, detail driven role where your work directly shapes how fans discover and rediscover WMG catalogue.
Here you'll get to:
•Partner with the Regional Senior Manager to develop and execute catalogue marketing strategies that boost consumption across South East Asia.
•Lead mid-weight projects end-to-end, taking charge of campaign delivery, asset sourcing, workflow compliance, and stakeholder updates.
•Create, launch, and track digital marketing campaigns for catalogue artists, compilation themes, and regional growth projects.
•Track and analyse campaign performance against KPIs while keeping project budgets and cost administration organised.
•Collaborate on creative asset development, ensuring seamless usage, manipulation, and distribution across external channels.
•Build strong working relationships with internal departments, artist managers, repertoire owners, and external business partners.
•Coordinate with our Owned & Operated Topsify team to drive high-impact DSP playlist campaigns.
•Support catalogue digitisation and partner with the E-Commerce team to promote exclusive physical and D2C products.
About you:
•Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience within a record label, music company, or entertainment environment, ideally within SEA.
•A proven track record assisting with digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, content, and promotional activations.
•Passionate about music across diverse genres and eras, bringing active user knowledge of current streaming platforms and social media trends.
•A data-informed approach to work, bringing strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving to every campaign.
•Highly organised and detail orientated, with strong project coordination skills and a continuous learning mindset.
•Strong relationship management skills and business-level English communication skills, thriving as a collaborative team player.
We'd love it if you also had:
•Experience working on regional campaigns across South East Asian music markets.
•Hands-on familiarity with basic image editing tools and asset management platforms.
•Prior exposure to playlist marketing, creator marketing or direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce strategy.
