Collection Supervisor | BIB Credit
BIB Credit is launching an online lending brand in South Africa, and we're looking for a proactive Collection Supervisor to help build and manage our collections operations.
We're backed by a fintech team with 10+ years of experience in online lending and are building our MFO operations from the ground up.
Location: Remote or On-site in Limassol, Cyprus
What you'll do:
•Monitor the daily performance and discipline of collection agents
•Oversee schedules and team compliance with operational standards
•Monitor communication channels, dialers, and automated messaging
•Identify missed interactions and help recover lost traffic
•Develop communication strategies and ensure smooth daily operations
•Monitor communication quality and resolve operational issues
What we're looking for:
•At least 1 year of experience in collections
•Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and messaging platforms
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Ability to monitor team performance and maintain operational discipline
•Experience in an MFO, fintech, or online lending company is a plus
What we offer:
•Salary: $1,500–$2,500 per month
