Eden AI

co-founder in EdTech

In short

This is a co-founder role for an AI assistant for teachers at Cambridge schools, covering school sales partnerships, go-to-market strategy and early operations. The company posting is an early-stage EdTech startup whose product is already in use by Cambridge teachers and is starting to sell. The role demands B2B sales or growth experience with schools, or confidence in the ability to close deals. It is a remote, equity-based co-founder seat with salary only once revenue or funding supports it.

About
Eden is an AI assistant for teachers at Cambridge schools (edenai.uz). Eden doesn't wait for prompts — it notices ungraded work, deadlines, students falling behind, then drafts the lesson, quiz or parent letter from the teacher's own materials and asks them to verify. Nothing reaches students without teacher approval. It learns how each teacher works and adapts to their style. Cambridge teachers are already using the product, and we're starting to sell.
Responsibilities
•School partnerships and the end-to-end sales pipeline
•Go-to-market: pricing, pilots, expansion across Cambridge schools
•Early operations: customer conversations, onboarding, feedback into product
Requirements
•You've sold to schools or run early-stage B2B sales/growth — or you know you can close
•You want a product that already exists, works, and is in users' hands
•Будет плюсом: EdTech or Cambridge-curriculum experience is a plus, not a requirement
Conditions
•Real equity and the co-founder title
•Salary once revenue or funding supports it
•Remote — the work is what matters
•This is a co-founder seat: real ownership, real risk, real upside.
