Client Success Manager

About the Role
You will manage named enterprise accounts through regular syncs, reviews, escalations, and in-person meetings. You will cover other enterprise accounts, drive renewals and expansions, maintain CRM records, and help automate mid-market support. You will use AI and provide written client context to engineering, product, and design.
Requirements
•5+ years of client success or technical account management experience owning named enterprise accounts at an API, infrastructure, or payments company
•Technical ability to follow integrations and answer most client questions
•Fluency with Claude or an equivalent AI tool
•Ability to manage difficult client conversations, renewals, and pricing discussions
•Strong asynchronous communication across time zones and internal communication with engineering, product, and design
Responsibilities
•Manage named enterprise client relationships through syncs, reviews, escalations, and in-person meetings
•Cover the wider enterprise book to ensure account continuity
•Drive account renewals and identify expansion opportunities
•Maintain accurate CRM records
•Triage and launch mid-market clients while building self-service alternatives
•Use AI to draft content, analyze data, and turn recurring questions into documentation
•Provide written client context to engineering, product, and design
