Client Operations Officer (Forex)

This on-site role in Limassol, Cyprus supports CIS clients of a global forex broker, handling customer service and back-office operations. Client Operations Officer (Forex)
FxPro's Cyprus team is looking for a Client Operations Officer who loves solving problems and helping people in their native language.
Location: Cyprus, Limassol (on-site, shift schedule if required)
Requirements
•Native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian and advanced English
•Previous experience in customer support, client service or back-office operations
•Good understanding of how a forex broker operates and knowledge of MT4, MT5 and cTrader
•Understanding of payment methods used across CIS markets, including crypto, P2P, local cards and bank transfers
•Experience with helpdesk and CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce or similar); valid right to work in Cyprus
