•Build and optimize systems and processes that reduce friction and scale as the agency grows.
•Leverage automation and AI to streamline execution and take repetitive work off the team.
•Drive team accountability, making sure internal and external deliverables land with clarity, consistency, and ownership.
•Spot what's broken before anyone flags it, and build the structure that gets the founder back in their zone of genius.
•Lead strategic and capacity planning so the right work lands on the right people at the right time.
