Your Tasks
•For our Product Area Onboarding & KYC, you design and steer change initiatives around Customer Data as well as process and system landscapes. You ensure that changes are structured, planned, communicated to the right audience, and implemented sustainably.
•You analyze the impact of changes on organization, processes, roles, and stakeholders, and derive appropriate measures. You keep a close eye on the progress, results, risks, and dependencies of local and international change initiatives.
•With your sense for different target groups, you build resilient stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently from the operational level up to management. You ensure effective collaboration between squads, product areas, tribes, and global stakeholders, and create transparency about joint initiatives.
•As a content sparring partner, you support the identification and prioritization of new change initiatives and contribute to governance and compliance topics. You bridge the gap to business departments, IT, and organization, and help develop viable solutions for complex changes.
•You also contribute to the representation and coordination of tribe-wide change topics and, over time, take on a coordinating change role for the Customer Data tribe in cross-functional projects and programs.
Your Profile
•Solid initial professional experience in change management, transformation, or project environments
•Experience analyzing the impact of changes on organizations, teams, roles, and processes, and deriving suitable measures
•Familiar with common change and project management methods, and a structured way of working
•Ability to make complex matters understandable and address different stakeholders in a target-group-appropriate way
•Enjoyment working in the tension between business expertise, IT, and organization
•High communication skills, from the operational level up to management
•Willingness to develop, over time, into an overarching, coordinating change role within the Customer Data tribe
•Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
•Very good German and English
