What do we expect from you?
Reporting to the Jewelry Development Group Manager within the Jewelry Development and Purchasing department, you will manage several Jewelry New Products development projects.
As a true orchestra conductor and thanks to your cross-functional management skills, you will bring together and coordinate the various members of the internal project teams (Stones Department, After-Sales Service, Quality, Methods, Supply Chain, Creative Studio) as well as external partners. This will take place throughout the design stages and then the production of launch quantities, in compliance with the aesthetic, quality, cost and delivery criteria defined in the specifications. You are the main point of contact for the Marketing teams on your projects.
As Project Manager, you are the guarantor of compliance with the Development process, its milestones and deliverables. You will lead the various governance bodies and define the delivery schedule. You will act as a facilitator to ensure effective collaboration and communication between the key stakeholders involved.
To ensure effective monitoring of your projects, you will update the tools, communicate KPIs and carry out regular reports.
