Responsibilities
•Continuously develop and improve desktop products
•Plan, implement, and roll out new features
•Maintain and modernize application components
•Improve software stability and reliability
•Lead a development team, conduct performance reviews, and run team meetings
•Drive team productivity and effectiveness
•Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and plan work
Requirements
•Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
•Hands-on experience with the Qt framework
•Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Strong people management skills, including delegation, team-building, and mentoring
•At least 3 years of experience as a software developer
•A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Nice to have
