About the project
We are looking for an Analyst who will support the development and optimization of IT systems supporting manufacturing processes for our client from the biotechnology industry. The person in this role will combine business needs with technological solutions, collaborating with both IT teams and operational departments.
Your tasks
•Analyzing and gathering business requirements and preparing project and validation documentation required in a regulated environment
•Leading workshops with business and technical stakeholders
•Identifying user needs in the area of manufacturing processes
•Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams on designing and refining system solutions
•Creating analytical documentation, including requirements specifications, process diagrams, and data models
•Supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
•Analyzing processes and systems to identify optimization and improvement opportunities
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a business-systems analysis role
•Experience in IT projects carried out in the manufacturing / production industry
•Knowledge of ERP, MES and WMS class systems
•Experience in preparing analytical documentation
•Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams
•English at a minimum B2 level
•Excellent communication skills
•Nice to have: experience in projects for the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry
