Responsibilities
•Develop and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional partners, and professional trading teams in the Forex and CFD markets, building long-term collaborative relationships
•Help traditional finance clients understand Web3 trading mechanisms by providing onboarding guidance and supporting a smooth transition
•Maintain day-to-day communication and service for partnered channels, promptly addressing and resolving clients' core concerns throughout their trading journey
•Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activity across traditional Forex and DeFi, and provide frontline feedback to help optimize commercial policies and IB commission structures
•Track and record business conversion metrics and progress, conduct regular channel reviews and pipeline reporting, and support the team in reaching phased business targets
Requirements
•Experience in business development, channel sales, or client relationship management related to CFD/Forex platforms or derivatives at traditional brokerages, specifically in Vietnam or other international markets
•Familiarity with Forex/brokerage commercial operations and a solid understanding of the IB business model, trading workflows, and mainstream commission/rebate structures
•Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills; clear logical thinking and the ability to independently conduct business pitches and initial meetings
•Open-mindedness, strong learning agility, and genuine interest in Web3, DeFi, and crypto, with the ability to quickly grasp fundamental on-chain trading concepts
•Business English or other languages for written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle work pressure
Nice to have
•Basic understanding of the crypto industry or hands-on experience with DeFi products and on-chain wallets
