Responsibilities
•You are jointly responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
•You identify and approach new clients and markets.
•You manage a team of consultants and contribute to optimizing processes and increasing revenue.
•You build new relationships, maintain existing networks, focus on fulfilling requests and guide projects.
•Your schedule consists of meetings with companies, job interviews and intake interviews, and internal meetings.
•You continue to expand your IT knowledge and qualify IT specialists for our company.
Requirements
•For this position, we consider only Dutch-speaking applicants.
•A completed higher professional or university degree in business administration, economics or management.
•At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT sector in the Netherlands.
•Experience with Business Development/New Business.
•Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
•An entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented attitude.
•Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
•Leadership and team management skills.
•Insight into financial management and the ability to analyze financial data.
•A proactive and results-oriented attitude.

•Work experience in (IT) consultancy, services, contracting or recruitment.
