Responsibilities
•Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers in the European market
•Support customer development by understanding requirements, coordinating technical discussions, supporting sample evaluations, and following up on business opportunities
•Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities in the European PVC film market
•Communicate regularly with customers to understand application requirements, challenges, and future needs
•Coordinate with sales, R&D, production, and quality teams in China to communicate and address customer requirements
•Support new customer project evaluation and development with market and application insights
•Provide feedback on market trends, customer expectations, competitor activities, and industry developments
•Participate in customer visits, industry exhibitions, and market development activities across Europe
•Maintain customer information, the opportunity pipeline, and regular business development reports
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline
•At least 5 years of experience in the PVC film industry
•Strong knowledge of PVC films and downstream applications, including graphics and signage materials, decorative films, automotive interior materials, packaging, and other industrial PVC film applications
•Experience in Business Development, Product Management, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Purchasing
•Strong understanding of customer manufacturing processes, application requirements, and market needs
•Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams
•Willingness to travel within Europe
•Fluent in English

•Experience working for PVC film manufacturers, converters, or downstream application companies
•Additional European languages
