About the Role
We are a fast-growing digital health company on a mission to make quality healthcare more accessible, efficient and personalised. To support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Business Development & Data Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
•Analyse business, market and client data to identify business opportunities, support sales decisions and track performance against targets.
•Build business cases, pricing models and dashboards, and support the preparation of value proposals, tenders and client presentations.
•Coordinate the deployment and implementation of new client projects, from contract signature to go-live, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
•Drive and support innovation initiatives (new services and partnerships), assessing their business impact and feasibility.
•Support the review, follow-up and management of client contracts (terms, renewals, SLAs and commercial conditions), in coordination with Legal and Finance.
•Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up of commitments.
•Contribute to the improvement and automation of commercial processes and sales tools (e.g. CRM), ensuring data quality and compliance.
Requirements
•Experience analyzing data and translating results into clear business insights, recommendations and executive presentations.
•Experience participating in or coordinating project deployments, managing timelines, deliverables and multiple stakeholders.
•Strong business orientation and commercial mindset.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and senior management.
•Autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
•High attention to detail and rigour in the quality of deliverables.
•Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
•Essential: advanced level of office tools (Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•Solid knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
Nice to Have
•Between 2 and 4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or consulting sector is preferred.
•Experience in commercial, contract management or innovation projects, or in the healthcare/insurance sector, is valuable.
•Recommended: University degree in Business Administration (ADE) and/or Engineering.
