Responsibilities
•Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making
•Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
•Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
•Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
•Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement
•Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools
•Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements
Requirements
•A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM)
•A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent)
•0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles)
•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
•High attention to detail and structured thinking
•Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•Fluency in English
•Strong sense of ownership and accountability
•Curious, humble, and eager to learn
•Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
•Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have
•A Master's degree is a plus but not required
•Other analytical tools are a plus
•Additional languages are a plus

•Competitive base salary (£42,000 - £48,500) + performance-based annual bonus (up to 15%)
