Description
At JV CODE LAB, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take part in digital transformation projects in the insurance sector, collaborating with business and technology teams on process optimization, data, and artificial intelligence initiatives. You will be the link between business and technology, turning business needs into solutions that deliver real value.
Responsibilities
•Analyze and document functional and business requirements.
•Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
•Take part in digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives.
•Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers.
•Support change management and the adoption of new solutions.
•Take part in functional and acceptance testing (UAT).
•Define KPIs and track results.
Requirements
•Solid experience as a Business Analyst, especially on digital transformation projects.
•Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
•Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or similar).
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
•Knowledge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
•University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
•C1 English is essential.
Nice to have
•Previous experience in the insurance sector will be especially valued.
Conditions
•Salary of 38,000 to 43,000 euros gross per year, depending on experience and knowledge.
•Participation in technology transformation projects in the insurance sector.
•Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in innovative technology environments.
•Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week throughout the year.
