About the Role
We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to ensure requirements analysis, business process optimization, and the definition of technological solutions aligned with the organization's needs.
Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
•Model processes and systems using BPMN and UML
•Analyze and optimize business processes using BPM and Lean methodologies
•Support the integration of systems and REST/SOAP APIs
•Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
•Monitor testing, system validation, and documentation supporting decision-making
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent
•At least 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis
•Knowledge of BPMN, UML, BPM, and Lean
•Familiarity with CRM and ERP, namely Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
•Knowledge of systems integration and REST/SOAP APIs
•Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data, preferably in a public service context
•Ability to analyze, communicate, and coordinate between technical and business teams
•ITIL Foundation and/or CBAP certification or equivalent certification
