Description: For our client, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst on a long term freelance basis to support a large-scale finance transformation programme.
Tasks:
•Map existing processes and design efficient, end-to-end future-state processes.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and challenge existing ways of working.
•Work closely with global process owners and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
Requirements:
•Strong experience in business process mapping, redesign, and transformation.
•Experience in finance transformation and large-scale processes.
•Strong analytical skills, including Excel and Power BI.
•Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
Nice to have: Finance or accounting background preferred; direct billing experience is not essential but nice to have.
Conditions: The role is fully remote, anywhere in Europe. Long term freelance basis.
