Responsibilities
•Analyze existing processes and requirements in building services engineering
•Identify automation opportunities and develop foundations for successful AI use cases
•Develop concepts for preparing and integrating data from different sources and systems
•Support the introduction and further development of AI-powered solutions in the planning environment
•Support training and help employees adopt data- and AI-driven ways of working
Requirements
•A degree or comparable qualification in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, AI and business analytics, business informatics, construction informatics, engineering, or a related field
•Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application in business; initial programming experience may be beneficial
•Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
•Ability to explain technical topics clearly
•Initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to advance new topics independently
•Fluent, confident spoken German
