Задачи:
•Analyse client business requirements, processes and challenges and translate them into actionable functional requirements for Avaloq solutions
•Provide business analysis and functional consulting across Avaloq implementation, transformation, migration and platform enhancement initiatives
•Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process documentation, user stories and other delivery artefacts
•Collaborate with Avaloq and technical specialists on solution design and alignment with business requirements
•Contribute to testing, implementation and delivery, including requirements validation and functional support
•Support clients throughout the delivery lifecycle to help ensure Avaloq solutions address business requirements and achieve intended outcomes
•Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical improvements based on Avaloq capabilities and banking industry experience
•Communicate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams in complex transformation environments
Требования:
•Proven business analysis or functional consulting experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite, ideally in banking, private banking or wealth management
•Strong functional understanding of Avaloq and knowledge of relevant banking processes, products and operating models
•Experience with Avaloq implementation, transformation, migration or platform enhancement initiatives
•Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
•Experience producing functional specifications, process documentation and user stories
•Ability to work between business and technology teams, translating complex needs into practical solution requirements
•Experience contributing to client-facing requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
•Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with client and project teams in complex delivery environments
