What you will do
•Prepare detailed product overviews and manage the product-development flow from initial concept through integration with existing systems and processes.
•Communicate with Product Owners and stakeholders to collect and clarify software requirements.
•Analyze existing system logic, identifying gaps, contradictions, and edge cases before development.
•Research competitors and market solutions to determine potential functionality and product improvements.
•Create mockups, process flows, detailed functional descriptions, product documentation, and technical manuals.
•Prepare development tasks with clear acceptance criteria for developers, designers, and QA, and support migration of existing functionality while preserving consistent logic.
Requirements
•3–6 years of relevant experience.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate conclusions concisely.
•Understanding of the software-development process.
•Experience in FX or brokerage; broker-side experience is preferred.
•Strong English at C1 level.
•Experience with user roles, permissions, and status-based workflows.
•Basic understanding of APIs and integrations with third-party providers.
•Ability to describe complex logic clearly for both technical and business teams.
Nice to have
•Experience with payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, PSP integrations, transaction statuses, and reconciliation, or with other fintech products.
•Product-level understanding of KYC/AML processes.
