Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include:
•Coordinating marketing campaigns
•Assisting with brand-related market research
•Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand guidelines are followed
•Monitoring brand performance metrics
•Preparing reports
•Contributing to the creation of promotional materials and digital content
•Participating in product launches, events, and local initiatives that strengthen the brand's presence in the market
Requirements
•Strong foundation in marketing and branding, with the ability to support brand strategy, positioning, and campaign execution
•Experience or education in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform brand and marketing decisions
•Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in copy review, documentation, and presentations
•Good organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
•Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software; familiarity with digital and social media platforms is an advantage)
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Will be a plus: Prior internship or junior experience in brand management, FMCG, trading, or related industries
