About the Role
Algoritmia continues to grow and is looking for a Senior BI Consultant / Data Analyst to join our team and take part in data analytics and digital transformation projects for clients across different sectors. We are a technology consultancy specializing in Microsoft solutions. Specifically, we are looking for someone to join the Business Central team, helping companies improve their business processes through tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Power Automate. Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, facilitating business decision-making
•Analyze, prepare, transform, and model data from different sources
•Identify and define data sources, ensuring their quality, consistency, and reliability
•Integrate and use data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems
•Work with clients to understand their needs and propose data analysis solutions tailored to their processes
•Optimize data models, queries, and reports to improve performance and efficiency
•Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate when necessary
•Document the solutions developed and take part in the continuous improvement of projects
•Explore and apply AI capabilities, such as Copilot, to improve data analysis and use processes
Requirements
•University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or a similar field
•Established experience in data analysis and data exploitation projects, especially with Microsoft Power BI
•Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to business needs
•Ability to analyze functional requirements and turn them into efficient analytical solutions
•An autonomous profile with analytical and problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
•Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
•Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
•Knowledge of SQL and experience querying and transforming data from different sources
•Experience with data integration and ETL processes
•Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its data model
•Experience with Power Automate and the Microsoft ecosystem
Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and AI tools applied to data analysis will be valued
